Taronga Zoo Sugar sculpture of Taronga Zoo on a 30" x 15" canvas, part of the Luna Park Gallery exhibition at the 2015 Sydney Cake Bake & Sweets Show.	Nikon camera cake topper An edible camera made with LCM breakfast bars and covered with black fondant.	Illuminated Christmas village cake Two-tier chocolate and orange cake with village cottages made from chocolate fondant and illuminated with LED Christmas lights.
Illuminated bike topper and cake Orange Jaffa cake with white chocolate ganache and country scene hand-drawn on white fondant using edible ink. Cruising bike topper is made from fondant and finished with an LED head light.	3D novelty sofa cake The sofa is sculpted cake covered with yellow fondant. Figurines on the sofa are made from LCM breakfast bars and fondant. I made this cake for the 2013 RSPCA Cupcake Day.	Coffee beans spilling from a cup Cup, saucer and beans are made using polymer clay, doily napkin is wafer paper.
